Just a query regarding £10 voucher for gaming machines which used to be sent to me by post. I do not appear to be receiving these now but my brother does. Can you clarify the position for me please. I used these vouchers every time I was sent one and frequently use the casino with no vouchers also and am concerned that the vouchers have stopped.
