Once you are a member of Play Points, you can earn and redeem at Grosvenor and G Casinos all across the UK, so no matter where you are, you can still earn and spend your points. There are so many options to redeeming your points including extra play at the tables or the machines. Help yourself to an exciting range of gifts available including electronics. Gifts start as low as 1,000 points.
Membership
Membership to the loyalty program is free and available to everyone over the age of 18.
Earning Points
You can earn your points in four different ways; at electronic gaming terminals, at gaming tables, at the bar or restaurant and at poker tournaments or cash games.
To earn points when playing your favourite slot machines or at the electronic roulette terminals, simply insert your card in the machine and watch it add up the points. Hand over your card to the dealer at the gaming tables, to the restaurant or bar staff when dining or to the dealer when playing poker and they will credit the points to your card. Should you want to check your points, all you have to do is insert it in any gaming machine at the casino.
You earn one play point for the following wagers: £2 on slots, £4 on Electronic Roulette,
Roulette, Blackjack, Casino Stud Poker, Three Card Poker and Super Card Poker. Additionally, you earn a point when you spend the following: 10p on Poker tournament, cash games and rake games and 25p in restaurant or bar.
Redeeming Points
Redeeming your Play Points is very simple indeed; to redeem points for table bets, poker or machine bets all you have to do is take your card to the cashier who will issue you with a Play Points voucher. You also get £1 off on food and beverages for every 200 points you have earned. Present over your card to the staff who will make the necessary deductions.
